I am attempting to lighten the look of traditional concrete faux bois furniture, pushing the limits of what is possible.

Each concrete twig contains quite a lot of steel embedded within, the secret that gives my work its strength. When steel and concrete are wedded, we call this union "ferrocement", and it has been used ever since the mid 1800's to build everything from skyscrapers to birdbaths.
